Biodiversity Heritage Library -
Connection to the complete collection of Houston Conchology Society's The Texas Conchologist publications.

Conchology, Inc - A website maintained by Guido and Phillippe Poppe for buying and identifying shells.  The site includes access to several identification databases as well as sections of interest concerning "fake shells', stamps, and Shellers of note.


Highrises - A real-estate site that gives information about collecting and identifying seashells in Florida.  Includes links to several other sites including the Baily-Matthews Shell Museum.  This site was brought to our attention by eleven-year-old Haley, a member of the STEMettes, in Bay Ninette, Aabama. 

WoRMS (World Register of Marine Species) - With WoRMS we aim to provide the most authoritative list of names of all marine species globally, ever published.

Houston Gem and Mineral Society - Organization dedicated to study in the areas of earth science and related fields and arts.  A major focus of the MGMS is education.
